What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), information you enter while using GroundGame (such as door-knock notes and sign requests), and basic technical data needed to run the service.

How it's used

To run the platform and let your campaign coordinate its work. We do not sell personal information. Each campaign's data is kept separate and visible only to that campaign's team.

Phone numbers and SMS consent

If you give a phone number and agree to texts, the campaign you signed up with may text you about volunteering, events, rides and election reminders. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Opt-out requests are recorded and honored on every texting screen.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, maps and message delivery (such as Twilio), only to operate the service.
