By using GroundGame you agree to these terms. GroundGame is a free, nonpartisan platform open to campaigns, committees and civic groups of every party.

Accounts

Keep your login private and give accurate information. Campaign admins are responsible for the people they invite and the data their campaign collects.

Acceptable use

Don't use GroundGame to harass, threaten, deceive voters, impersonate others, send spam, or break election, privacy or telecommunications laws. We may suspend accounts or sites that do.

Voter and contact data

Each campaign owns and controls the data it uploads or collects and must use it only as allowed by law, including state rules on voter file use.

Text messages (SMS)

Campaigns using GroundGame may send text messages about volunteering, events, rides to the polls and election reminders to people who provided their number and agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you'll get no further texts from that campaign. Reply HELP for help, or contact us via the contact page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Campaigns sending texts must have consent from each recipient, honor every STOP request, and follow the TCPA and carrier rules.

No warranty

GroundGame is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
